Jenni started practicing yoga over 20 years ago to enhance her fitness routine and recover from injuries, eventually developing a passion for Ashtanga yoga. With a Master’s in education from Ithaca College and certifications in personal training and nutrition, she combines resistance training and yoga to offer personalized coaching for busy women, particularly those in mid-life. Jenni’s focus is on cross-training to counter aging effects and manage injuries, helping clients of all ages build strength, confidence, and inner peace.
