1x1 Personal Training
All 1x1 personal training sessions are 1-hour and will take place at one of the two locations that The Gym offers.
Prior to your first session, we will perform a prescreening to assess health, discuss your goals, and determine which trainer is best for you!
From there, a program will be developed to meet you at your current fitness level.

Small Group Training
A cost effective way to receive the same great training!
All small group training sessions are 1-hour and will take place at one of the two locations that The Gym offers.
Requires a minimum of two participants and a maximum of four.
Great for besties, teammates, coworkers, or whatever label you want to slap on it! Let’s work!

Online Training
Convenience. Flexibility. Value.
For those with specific goals, who are looking for the most individualized program possible, Coach Hanshaw offers One on One Online Training for $150 / month. This results-driven approach gives you a program built from the ground up around you, and one-to-one access to Coach Hanshaw.
A customized plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Workouts are delivered via the True Coach App and it comes with complete video exercise demos.
Feedback from your trainer during the week (in response to your proactive updates) and a once a week Sunday Check-in.
Your trainer will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program.
A 3-month commitment is required to ensure success.
